"Great attitude and help from A&E receptionist"

About: Broomfield Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Visit A & E yesterday and whilst it was busy, the service cannot be faulted, from the assessment to treatment it was great.

But I would particularly like to recognise the receptionist who greeted me. She had enough sense of humour to keep it interesting, knew who to ask when I had a question and talked to me like a human being, and used common sense rather than reading a set of questions on a computer like 111. She was fantastic and to me showed a level of care at a basic level made me feel valued as a patient.

I wish I could do more to recognise her great attitude.
