"Visit to a&e"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

I had occasion to visit a&e yesterday 18th January. I had some trepidation, having heard all the publicity recently. I was treated most efficiently by everyone from start to finish. The triage nurse advised that I should be seen straight away and a wonderful doctor Diagnosed acute glaucoma. The doctor confirmed this and I was dealt with all day with utmost kindness and consideration. I cannot thank the staff enough for what they did. I had to return to the eye clinic today and had the same experience. We hear so much of the negatives of the nhs but I am eternally grateful.
