"Telephone reception"

May I say that the telephone receptionsist / Switchboard operator into the WSH I found repeatedly rude & abrupt on the 4 occasions that I rang regarding my next of kin over the last 3 days....... As the first point of contact I feel that WSH needs a better person as the first voice.... The rest of WSH does do a Sterling Job...My advise do not ring unless you have a very strong will and commanding voice..............
