My wife had an appointment at this hospital on Monday & as usual everything went like clockwork.
Appointment on time, caring staff, cleanliness 1st. class, car parking & access very easy. Staff made sure you understood everything without making you feel like a number & being rushed.
If only we always had the choice of St Michael's as it is the hospital by which others should be judged in my opinion.
