I witnessed first hand the problems in A&E. People up the corridors with no place to go. My friend was looked after well and we were sent home after developing breathing problems. The nurse gave some medicine with oxygen to breathe in while we waited for the doctor, which was good and helped my friend loads. Staff worked really hard but there were obviously not enough of them to look after the patients that were everywhere. If A&E’s are so busy why is it that the hospital are not putting extra staff in to work
