All the staff were great on the evening of 16th January. I can't recommend them enough! :) This morning, unfortunately, was completely the opposite. There were 2 receptionists. One was busy dealing with an ambulance man. The other was busy talking socially to 2 ambulance men - too busy to deal with us.... It was the other lady who dealt with us, after she'd finished with the ambulance man. I felt like the Charge Nurse thought we were wasting his time. We simply wanted to know what we should do next.
