I had a cystoscopy and was very impressed by all the care from start to finish. The urology registrar was kind, informative and friendly. When my problem was found to be non-urological, he went to great lengths to ensure I had the appropriate tests and that my care was taken over by the appropriate speciality. This kind of dedication is rare these days and I was very impressed and grateful.
