"Excellent service!"

From going to my local GP in the middle of April 2009 to actually having the operation for my double hernia in just 1 month was excellent. The hospital I attended was the Northern General. I stayed on Firth 3 and Huntsman E ward. Every hospital visit I was treated with respect, the appointments were on time and I was informed of every step that was going to happen. After the operation the after care could not have been better and the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I cannot see how in my opinion anything could improve what I found to be an excellent service.
