I was very satisfied with the waiting time from my initial referral to my appointment with the consultant and from that appointment to my operation. I was fully informed of what the operation and recovery would entail. I am pleased with the outcome of the procedure and was pleased with the follow-up. At all stages of the process both at the Friarage Hospital, Northallerton and at the Friary clinic, Richmond the staff have been courteous and helpful. The level of care I received was excellent.
