About: Colchester General Hospital

Lady at the reception desk was very rude on the phone when I was simply enquiring to see if my dad had been admitted to hospital tonight. It took over 20 minutes to get through to her on the phone, then she transferred me to the accident and emergency department before I could even finish my sentence. This was not the department he would've been admitted to as he may have a possible terminal illness.
