"Maternity care"

About: Manor Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

I always visited stafford and never had a problem 3 babies and no problem now I'm scared if I'm honest!

I have been to Walsall twice once for a scan and blood tests which took 3 hours due to being busy.

Second visit was to see consultant I was there from 1pm till after the unit closed to be told in here as baby number 4 but it's ok I'm signed off? ? ? ? Pregnant women sat there for 4 hours plus to see a consultant. People were going mad in waiting room it's hard to keep your children happy for 5 plus hours.

The staff are dancing smile and keep smiling they deserve a medal for the work they do but seriously open stafford it's killing walsall manor it's not fair to the staff to add this pressure. 30 plus women moaning as sat there for hours and one consultant seeing everyone! ! Poor staff that's all I can say! ! ! I'm scared for my delivery surely beds aren't available because to see a consultant is hours in seriously concerned about having my baby here.

Update posted by Evie77 (the patient)

I don't want to take up your time the midwifes are very busy! It's not a bad review I'm just thinking the hospital is struggling since staffords closed and there seems to be no extra staff on Walsall!

I feel for the staff as well as the patients. thank you.
