"Friendly doctors and nurses, and very efficient!"

I have been there twice in 4 years. One for surgery and one for pediatrician A&E. The surgery doctor's team were friendly and took my complaints seriously and efficiently, treating me in good timeline, and giving me peace of mind. For my nephew's treatment, in the middle of the night, there was a bit of wait to be seen (which felt like ages), the doctor and nurses were patient, attentive, friendly, and so good with him! They made him good again and in 2 days he was the pageboy at my wedding. Can't thank the staff enough! The only niggling thing would be to improve the front desk staff in receptions, as they are not as friendly and didn't keep us informed on waiting times, which would have made the already stressful time more pleasant.
