I went to the walk in centre on Sunday night with a foot infection after running round the countryside for 48 hours, I can't have smelled or looked pretty! After a very short wait I was called in by a member of staff and was on the receiving end of exemplary service by a very very happy, bright and bubbly lady indeed!! She not only arranged for me to be treated but fully explained what it was and how I got it and how to stop it in future. She even told me off for biting my finger nails!! I was then passed to another nurse for treatment who again gave me exceptional service! In a time when nurses are constantly under increased pressure, stress and criticism I think it's important to recognise you for the excellence you deliver constantly so thank you thank you thank you!!
"Outstanding service"
