"Appointment at breast clinic 7 January 2015"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

I attend the Breast Clinic for a follow up appointment to get the result of some test that was carried out on 16th December 2014. I was told that i would not see the Consultant and able to get my result because my records are missing due to a new computer system and staff being off sick. This information was given to me after i waited for over 2 hours this was very distressing and still is as i am still awaiting the result of the test. I still do not know what is wrong with me, i am praying that it is not cancer. I feel the way things was handle on that day was very poor of an health institution.
