"disgraceful"

I visited A&E at least 5 times within a month and the treatment i received was way below standard. Not one of the doctors looked at my injury properly and each gave me a different answers also prescribing me different medication. The phone service is no better as i called today regarding an appointment to do with the same injury and was told very rudely " cant help you phone lines are down " and was then hanged up on. disgusting service
