My wife was in hospital last week and when I went to collect her to return home a no of people both patients and visitors were illegally smoking in the doorway. No effort was made by staff to stop this practice.
The hospital is not enforcing the law. The NHS is paying for treatment for people not helping themselves.
No one at the hospital wishes to listen to our complaint.
