A big thank you to all in A&E staff who cared for me on New Year's Day after I cracked a vertebra out running. Handy hint - don't try running on ice. I was seen and x-rayed very speedily - bit of a wait to see the orthopaedics doctor but there were a lot of other breaks around. The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you!
