At the risk of sounding melodramatic, I have severe flu-like symptoms so checked the NHS website for Swine Flu symptoms.
After taking the questionnaire the website told me to call 999, a bit much I thought so called my GP. My GP was unable to help (not surprised at all), they gave me a 0845 number to call. I waited 20 minutes on hold before speaking to anyone, who then told me that they would call me back at 8pm! Which is 9 hours after my call. Is it any wonder people just turn up at A&E when this is the only other option available?
