"Excellent service and care"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

A very positive experience. My initial appointment was rescheduled several times but after that everything ran like clockwork. Every person I met was friendly and helpful, all mine and my partner's questions were answered patiently and feel that the care given in terms of tests and follow up was excellent. I've met some condescending and rude staff in other hospitals but not a single one at the Royal Berkshire.
