"Considerate care"

I recently had a total knee replacement at the hospital. I found the whole atmosphere of the hospital to be geared towards the wellbeing of patients and, apart from one or two minor blips, could not fault the professionalism and efficiency of both the medical, surgical and housekeeping staff. Will not name names but one staff nurse on night duty during my recuperation was exceptionally helpful during a period when I was in a great deal of pain. I would most certainly use this hospital again should I ever need further treatment and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. I was treated as an individual and not just a number.
