"One of the worst hospitals in London"

I must say I have been using the hospital for the last 8 years and can not remember a day leaving the hospital satisfied. Not sure where to start but how can one hospital can do everything wrong. A&E dept has to worst reception staff, has no respect. You wait at least 4 hours to be seen and according to them your care is never urgent for them. One staff nurse is the worst and does not know how to speak decent. In 2 occasions they've lost my blood sample and made me wait 12 hours when I went for cardiac reasons. A&E dept is so filthy that you will notice the cleaning timer on the wall alarming that toilets were supposed to be cleaned at least 3 hours ago. You'll always see homeless people sleeping at the entrance and there is always blood and rubbish in the waiting room. They've even moved the rating machine away so that people can not leave their negative reviews. A&E doctors are too young and inexperienced. If I write a book about this hospital It would be a best seller. Just to avoid the hospital I am trying to move out of the area. It worries me further now that they have an ebola care unit and God knows who comes in and out of there.
