"My time in Wansbeck Hospital excellent !!!!!!!!!..."

The first thing I would like to say is that every time I had to attend Wansbeck Hospital every person was helpful with everything I needed. During 2014 I hard major problems with my back which took over my life. I had to attend A&E 5 times during 2014 and on every occasion I was extremely satisfied, I really want to say that, as I am aware that your getting bad press at the moment !!!!! Again very happy with A&E. During 2014 I also needed to stay in Wansbeck Hospital on 4 different occasions, every time was excellent!!!!! All the staff from the cleaners all the way up to the consultants treated with dignity, which was something that I was concerned about. The handovers that the nurses do are excellent and fill you with confidence that staff from the bottom to the top, understand your problems and needs.(Excellent) The food I had during my stay was good enough but could be better, but I really enjoyed the puddings. To cook for such a lot of people must be hard, so really its not that bad. Whilst I attended Wansbeck Hospital I thought that all the corridors were clean and tidy, On 2 different occasions there was some waste paper on the floor and I seen non-cleaning staff pick it up, which I was impressed with. I did comment on that to one off them. I could say a lot more but I really do not want to take up your time. Thank you all for your excellent work. The quality of your work is excellent. I have always said in my life " If you can't compete in quality you can't compete at all" and in my opinion Wansbeck Hospital really does that !!!!!! Thank you too A&E, Kitchen, Ward 6, Ward 7 and the staff in the operating theatre. I would really like this email to be printed and sent to the above, and probably the rest of the hospital.
