"My appointment at UCLH"

(as the patient),

The doctor's consultation at the UCLH was interrupted by an incoming call. He accepts, but limits exchange by telling the caller, he will be phoned back in 10 minutes. This indicated to me and put me under pressure that he will not want to spend more than 10 minutes with me.

I did not address all my concerns, and I thought I shall address it at the next consultation (but then it is likely to be a new registrar - I have not seen a consultant in the past five years).

I was very satisfied with other aspects of the consultation. The receptionist appeared withdrawn and unmotivated (certainly not friendly, open, outward going). But the task at hand was done properly.
