Mountcroft is a place where care coordinators, support workers and a consultant psychiatrist are based. I have had several care coordinators, but the one I have at the moment has been the worst.
I have: been mistaken for another patient with a similar name and crossed out of their diary because that patient often cancels, not visited at home in 10 months, had cancelled appointments without notice, staff member has not been in the building when we had a prior appointment, not coordinated my care and not changed my appointment with the psychiatrist when asked, gave me excuses after excuses for not doing their job, ignored my messages left with reception and never once returned my calls, did not phone me when promised to do so, did not see me or speak to me (even for a moment on the phone to check how I was) in 43 days.
The management in Mountcroft asked me to give this person another chance, but I have suffered enough due to lack of care. The only person from Mountcroft I can rely upon is a support worker, who is unable to offer advice.
I am suffering more, due to this staff member and the lack of care, empathy, support and consideration for my welfare.
