(as the patient),

A women came in and me and a few friends went over and talked to her she was very polite and helpful there was no awkward moments at all everything was very open and the service was brilliant we had to wee in a cup and we got merchandise and condoms and lube etc.

It sounds like you had a really positive experience today with our Outreach Worker Sue - I will make sure she knows how useful you found the service and how user-friendly it was.
