"Just to say thank you"

I visited the hospital A&E unit today (09/01/15 at around 1200) with my daughter who had suffered a bump to the head falling from a pony last week and had started experiencing pain and other symptoms again. I would like to extend my thanks and say how impressed I was with her treatment from the triage nurse and the consultant plus CT staff. What was a very upsetting time was made all the easier by their professionalism and care of Lily. In a time when A&E are being constantly bombarded by negative press I can only extend my thanks and praise for the care you offered. I hope you can let the staff involved know of my thanks.
