Having arrived ten minutes earlier than my appointment time of 7.40pm I was surprised I couldn't get into the department where I had my appointment. After waiting five minutes a lady arrived with a set of keys, I smiled at her and said are you the lady I've been waiting for, she snapped at me saying we don't open until 7.30am and its only just past that. I went up to the reception desk where everyone was trying to switch a fire alarm off without any success and got snapped at again by a surly receptionist saying I hadn't filled a form in that came with the appointment (just before Christmas) so it got overlooked. When I had lay on the treatment bed for twenty minutes for my mri scan, I couldn't lift myself up from the bed as I was in agony with my neck and back, there was nothing to hold onto to lift me up and the surly radiologist had no intention of coming to my aid so I had to struggle in agony to try and get my boots on, I was so annoyed I couldn't wait to get out of the department, I have had an mri scan in that department before and had completely the opposite treatment from the staff. It wasn't my fault if the staff had problems they shouldn't take it out of the patients.
