"Writtle Ward"

My operation went very smoothly with no complications. The staff were very caring and nothing was too much trouble. I only had to call for a nurse on one occasion for assistance and my call was answered within approx 1 minute! The food served was good considering it was free and the number of people being catered for. There were plenty of hot drinks and snacks offered and water was changed throughout the day. Bathroom facilities and the ward were cleaned regularly and several times during the day I was offered a change of bed linen. Generally it was a very positive experience and I would like offer my thanks to the dedicated staff on the ward.
