i was very impressed with the efficiency and kindness of this department. The Receptionist was very welcoming and put me at my ease. What's more, my appointment was called in exactly on time. The actual consultation was conducted in a very quiet, large and pleasant room where i was able to concengrate on all the Consultant had to say. I was very impressed by the amount of time and close attention he gave me and left feeling thoroughly "heard" and given a thoughtful onward action plan. Part of which was being sent for blood tests and again I was very impressed that the tests were just across the corridor and were done straight away, with absolutely no waiting. All in all, I would like to thank all in that department for being most efficient and caring. Thank you!
