Seen quickly with very friendly staff, test undertaken quickly and efficiently, only downside was a long wait for the consultant to discuss the results, but he was excellent when he did arrive.

consultant work level could be improved.

Dear tandridge

I'm sorry that you had to wait a long time for the consultant to arrive but good to read that he was excellent when he did and that other staff were friendly and the test undertaken efficiently. As you obviously recognise the consultants are dealing with a large number of issues at any one time and therefore are sometimes late for appointments for which I apologise.
