"Satisfied with the care I received"

About: Queen's Medical Centre

(as the patient),

I am satisfied with the care in the treatment centre at QMC with one exception. That is the appointment system now in practice.

Why can’t we be given appointments on leaving clinic?

It must cost the NHS a vast amount in sending out letters if it's done across the country as it seems happens at QMC and City Hospitals.

Regarding the endoscopy department, I would like to see someone who does this procedure all the time, on a permanent basis. I get the feeling sometimes that the person concerned is not very experienced which isn’t very reassuring!
