"Nothing was too much for the staff"

About: St James's University Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

My mum was admitted mid-December and passed away nine days later. When admitted, we didn't know that she was as ill as she was, but cannot praise the staff on J83 enough. From the cleaning staff through to the consultants, nothing was too much for them. This made the passing of my mum easier, knowing that she was cared for by wonderful staff who don't get enough praise.

Dear Jrothery,

Please accept my condolences for the loss of your Mum.

Thank you taking the time out to write to us.

I have shared your comments with the Matron of ward 83 and have asked that she shares your comments with the staff who will be exceptionally pleased to know that they delivered a level of care that meet yours and your family’s needs and fulfilled your expectations.

They, as much as I, deeply appreciate the time you have taken to write to us.

With kind regards

Rosie
