"Don't take much notice of what I say"

(as the patient),

I went to the Royal Hallamshire in June for two appointments in the Orthotics department. The head of the department has, in my opinion, his own mind on my needs and I feel that he doesn’t take much notice of what I say. The other appointment was for endoscopy. On this particular day they did take notice of what I said, but on other occasions they seemed to assume that I wouldn't know the difference in my treatment. The car parking is so difficult, especially when taxis use disabled parking spaces whilst waiting for their next fare. I believe that complaints to the hospital management are not properly processed and actioned.
