An excellent talk about the nutritional values of food in a way that could be understood. An interactive session with the audience asking about knowledge on food content and values. This was the bulk of the discussion which was very hands on.

Some informative leaflets to take away and also act as an introduction to a nutrition course in February 2015. Thanks to the nutrition team.
