"There is always a warm welcome"

About: Sherwood West Children's Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I can honestly say that Surestart has been a pleasure for the last 2 1/2 years when I brought my first son at 5 months and have continued to come now with my second. There is always a warm welcome with familiar, friendly staff that the children look forward to seeing and talk about lots at home.

We're really pleased that you feel welcome and comfortable in our Centres. We know how hard it can be to come at first and comment such as yours reassure us that our atmosphere is positive and supportive for families. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
