"Very easy to accomodate my needs"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

As I have been travelling backwards and forwards to Paignton to help look after my sister I thought I would have great difficulty getting an appointment to suit me but TRAQS have made it very easy to accommodate my needs. I would also like to say that Mark Challiner was very thorough and patient with me, my loss of hearing was a big blow for me but he made me feel at ease about having to wear hearing aids.
