About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Having waited 8 weeks for an appointment, I found out I was not even on the system. After going back to the GP system I now find I have to wait a few more weeks, not good enough.

I am disappointed to read of your experience but as all comments posted by Patient Opinion are anonymous we are unable to investigate further without additional information.

If you would like to contact the PALS office at the Telford and Wrekin CCG on 01952 580407 there will be happy to take additional information from you to enable an investigation to be undertaken and provide you with an explanation of what happened.
