About: Wexham Park Hospital

I wanted to thank all the staff for their absolute patience and respectfulness whilst I was in for a TAH and BSO. My consultant was friendly ,kind and respectful and jolly. The nursers were outstanding, always kind and efficient. The lady who delivers meals and the lovely cleaning lady. Nurses also outstanding.Thank you all.Too often its quick to moan and groan instead of looking at the positives.I have been on this ward a few times over the last twenty years. The only criticism would be there was no physiotherapy help or information that could of been shown at some stage before departure after such a major operation to enhance the recovery at home. However I do see the NHS is often too much under pressure to be able to pander to some of these finer points for individuals,a reflection on 'sign of the times' rather than the nursing staff. Many thanks to you all.

Thank you for taking the time to leave the review of your experience in Ward 20. It is lovely to hear that the whole team including the consultant, catering staff and nurses were kind, friendly and respectful. This is the standard we expect for every patient every time. I will pass your comments on to the physiotherapy manager in order for her to review the opportunity to improve the service provided. I will also pass your comments onto the team on Ward 20, the gynaecology doctors and the catering manager so they can share with all the staff. Best Wishes Claire Marshall Associate Director of Patient Experience and Public Involvement
