"Appointment staff"

The 'phone number posted on your web site (434 5555) is never answered & the number for dermatology (611 3922) is not recognized. The Clinical staff were great, the appointment staff were, to say the least shocking. The doctor I saw asked me to make an appointment, 3 months from when he saw me, this would have been February 12th 2015, I tried to make that appointment while I was still in the hospital, only to be told "we will write to you". Well they did, the letter dated 2/1/15, arrived yesterday & the first appointment I can have is April 28th, 10 weeks after the doctor asked to see me, when I pointed this out I was told "they don't know how busy the clinics are". Surely the doctors know exactly how busy the clinics are. I don't think my condition is life threatening, but if the doctor asks to see me in 3 months, it is not up to a member of admin staff to change that?
