Messages not being passed on resulting in people not receiving the follow up they need at the time they need it. On several occasions I have made contact with warrington recovery team and have been told my call will be returned as the person was unavailable at that time or away from there desk.
Today the same thing happened again for the second time this week and its only Tuesday. It is hard enough for people with mental health problems to reach out, and when messages aren't passed on it is unacceptable. For it to happen on the odd occasion I understand but this is a regular occurrence within the recovery team at Warrington. It is an issue that needs sorting.
This is people's mental health that is being dealt with, one day it may be an urgent call that has consequences due to inadequate communication.
"Poor communication"
