"Staff made my mums passing so much easier"

About: London Ambulance Service NHS Trust William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

My mum had a fall whilst staying with us for Xmas. She died on New Years day.

I would like to thank all staff from the Ambulance crew and para medic who attended my Mum on that evening for their professional work.

I would also like to thank all staff at the Palliative care unit in the William Harvey Hospital -Kings D2

The staff are 5star and made her passing so much easier truly Outstanding.

Thank you over and over.
