"Excellent Care for my daughter"

My daughter had a baby at Chelsea and West Minister NHS Foundation Trust early hours on Sunday 21 June 2009. She was treated with respect and dignity all the time she was in labour, during delivery and afterwards. I was really impressed with the midwife, Bola, whose demeanour, calmness and reassurance made the whole episode a truly remarkable event. Despite arriving and finding all the labour ward rooms in use. Bola explained the situation and took us to the annexe where she ensured she responded appropriately to my daughter's needs. She clearly had done this so many times before, however that does not undermine our personal; experience of a very positive event. I cannot fault the treatment and support we received from her she was there for us and for that I would like to say thank you. She was truly amazing and a reflection of what the NHS is about, a caring organisation. My daughter had a truly normal delivery in every sense of the word and I believe that was due to Bola's direction and support. Thank you and keep up the good work.
