I have been referred to the crisis team, and i have had a meeting today with one lady. Before I went, I was feeling really anxious, and pretty awful, thought that no one could help. Just sitting there chatting to this lady was wonderful, she listened, and understood everything i said, which is something not many people can do!

I left with feeling a small sence of peace, which i havnt felt in a long time. Just knowing that someone understood and didnt judge me was a wonderful feeling. I even had a laugh towards the end with her, which is also something i havnt done in a while.

The biggest thankyou for a wonderful team.
