"unfriendly staff"

I have been a patient on SM10 ward at St Mary's and have been really pleased and impressed with the quality of care that I have received from the nurses, however the experience of some of the people who brought/made tea and coffees for me and the other patients left a lot to be desired (Sodexho Staff). At one point I thought that one woman who served me was literally going to throw the tea at me as she had such a hostile and unpleasant attitude. If these people don't enjoy their jobs - which clearly they don't appear to, I would advise them to find alternative employment where a customer care focus is of less importance. Being rude and intimidating to people who are poorly is unacceptable. Moreover their hostility reflects badly on the whole hospital which is a shame because the nursing staff are A1.
