"Accident and emergency admission"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

New Years Day 2.00am . quite frankly was dreading taking my 17 year old son into A&E after he dislocated his knee. All the staff we encountered were friendly helpful and extremely kind. My son was dealt with promptly and without much of a wait and we were out of the department following treatment by 3.30am. The nurse that dealt with my son, was extremely helpful and reassured us that we would be contacted within a working week for an MRI and specialist consultant appointment. While this has not yet happened [not yet a working week], our A&E experience was brilliant and your staff were amazing. Please thank them all so much.
