About: Victoria Infirmary (Northwich)

Our 5 month old son had a 9.15am appt on a Sunday, we were seen at 10am! We were clearly the first appointment so there's no excuse to be 45mins late, especially with such a young child. As the weather is very cold at the minute it's a bit of a give-away that the dr had just arrived as his hands were freezing. No apologies for being late. Unacceptable.
