"Pulled out all the stops when it really mattered"

About: Manor Hospital

My elderly father in law was admitted to A & E during the first week of December. He had been suffering from dementia and had developed pneumonia, as a family we aware that he was at the end of his life.He was taken into resus and I cannot praise the staff in A & E enough for the sensitivity, compassion and dignity with which our dad and we as a family were treated, In a madly busy department, nothing was too much trouble, decisions that TLC was the most compassionate approach were made quickly and dad was made very comfortable. A & E staff, doctors and nurses, you excelled. Thank you all so much, be very proud of the service you provided.
