"Waiting time ridiculous!"

I am writing this after 4 hours waiting to be seen by the doctor to have a cast put on my hand. I have already been in the hospital since 11am in minor injuries. The time now is 5:30pm and I've been waiting in Plastics since 1:15pm! I understand there is a list with priority orders of patients, but surely this cannot be acceptable? Is Leicester hospital simply too big with not enough staff? A nurse has just informed me there will be at least another hours wait, more people are being added to the list, so most likely to be longer! I will definitely not be returning to Leicester hospital for any further treatments. I would rather drive an hour out of Leicester City, to a smaller hospital with better reviews and waiting times. I don't normally leave reviews or complaints, but if we don't speak out, then change will never happen.
