My wife and I, waited an hour and half, in SEP 2014 with an appointment to see a surgeon, and was told there was no appointment made for her that day, there was no clinic that day, But an appointment was made, carrying on with the story, she has had a pre-op, A MRI seen the Specialist twice, and a date was given to her for a operation for her Achilles Heel, after 2 years in pain, and 4 Month with the Circle Hospital, the date was for the 12th of December, but she had a phone call on the Monday 8th of December, 4 days before the operation and it was cancelled, by the Anaesthetist, because she had a stent put in 2 years ago for her heart condition, ---now today after seeing her own GP 30th of December, has she has not had any letters or correspondence, from the Circle Hospital, and wanted to know what was going on , or the next step to take, ??? Her GP has said that if she had the stent put in the last 3 Months he could understand why it was cancelled, but after 2 years, why was it cancelled, someone needs to make a urgent decision, whether it is private or the NHS, this terrible decision, was made without a thought of my wife pain she has been going through in the past 2 years, Even her GP has had no letter of cancelation to her operation, her putting her to the Royal Berkshire Hospital, have they been informed yet, ???? I wonder, ?? so you see, from the experiences my wife has gone through at this present time she has no faith in the running of the Circle, the surgeon agreed to operate on my wife, and his decision, being the specialist, should have been final.
