Visited A&E with my adult son after a cycling accident on ice. (111 would not pick up and dropped the call every 10 mins and 40 sec so we did the online symptom check and decided to come in first thing next day. Everyone was lovely. Not just polite but went out of their way to be nice. X-ray and discharge in an hour. Free box of ibuprofen. Fantastic!! The only negative, we never noticed that one crutch was worn through the ferrule and I had to bodge it when we got home
